The complex houses three buildings accommodating more than 2,000 employees. It includes a 400-seat theatre, two multi-storey parking facilities, with a capacity for 272 vehicles each, and an open parking yard with 330 spaces.

A residential building for officers is under construction.

The complex was designed and built to the international best standards under the supervision of the Engineering Projects. The Department will deliver police services to clients in a one-stop shop under one roof.

Major-General Khalil Badran, Director-General of Finance and Services, stated that availability of police services departments in one place would make it easier and more convenient for customers to process their transactions under one roof.

He said the environment-friendly and energy-efficient complex provides an ideal workplace to spur employees to achieve creativity and excellence.

Top police commanders attended the opening ceremony.
