The US president said that a ceasefire would be possible "tomorrow" if Hamas gave up Israeli hostages
The Public Transport Agency (PTA) of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched a one-day ticket initiative for the water bus service at the Dubai Marina, a popular destination for tourists and residents alike.
The single-trip ticket will continue to be in use as well.
Hussain Khansaheb, Director of marine transport at PTA, said the one-day ticket will enable people to know more about Dubai through water bus rides via four stations within the Dubai Marina.
The initiative aims at raising public awareness of public transport services, especially marine transport services, and inform them about the entertainment destinations served by marine transit services. The one-day ticket, costing Dh25, will also offer 28 discount vouchers from tour operators, restaurants and retail outlets along the Marina.
PTA started the water bus service since January 2013 with two stations. In November that year, it added two more stations. The ordinary fare ranges between Dh3 to Dh5.— lily@khaleejtimes.com
