DAV Model and Little Angel top
DUBAI — DAV Model School, Chandigarh, and Little Angel School, Sonipat, claimed the under-19 boys and under-19 girls’ titles respectively at the BSE Tennis National Championship, organised by The Indian High School, Dubai.
In the boys’ final, DAV beat St Xavier’s, Jaipur, 2-0 with Garry defeating Devanshu 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 and Digvijay beating Rajjat 6-2, 6-0. The girls’ final saw Little Angel trouncing Carmel Convent, Chandigarh, 2-0 after Himani downed Sonali 6-0, 6-1 and Medha outplayed Vibhut 6-1, 6-1.

Singles: U-14 girls: 1st: Gunuganti Sruta Kirti (DPS Khajaguda Hyderabad). U-19 girls: Himani Mor (Little Angel Sonipat). U-14 boys: Suresh Gokul (Padma Seshadri Chennai). U-19 boys: Digvijay (DAV Model, Chandigarh).
