Jumeirah Mammoths and Shindagha Mammoths won their matches quite comfortably in the seventh edition of the League of Mammoths cricket tournament being held at the Sevens ground under the auspices of the Dubai Cricket Council.
Jumeirah were put into bat and Zabeel thought they had their tails up when Jumeirah were 44 for 3. But Shiva Pagarani and Santosh Kotian combined for a 69 run partnership to take Jumeirah to 113 for 4. Shiva struck a six and two fours during his 38 and Santosh hit three fours for his 39.
Just as Zabeel began to get into the match after taking another two wickets they ran into man of the match Shajil Balan. Muzammil Riyaz, Shiva Pagarani and Rajesh Thadani shared the spoils with three wickets each.
