The Emirati went the distance of four rounds against Indonesian Sulis Barrera before landing the bout in his favour at The Rotunda at Caesars Palace Bluewaters. The 26-year-old from Ajman won the Super-flyweight bout 40-36 by unanimous decision.
Al Nuaimi had made a successful pro debut with a first round TKO victory against Indonesian Charles Latuperissa in just 112 seconds, in Rotunda Rumble II last November.
In the lead-up to the fight, Al Nuaimi had hoped for a more challenging fight that would give him a lot more experience. And that's what he got against the Indonesian.
"I'm quite happy with the result," Al Nuaimi told the Khaleej Times.
"I was trying to finish it as early as possible. But I had to take it to four rounds. It was not like I couldn't finish it earlier, it is just that I couldn't find the right opening," he added.
About being stretched to the full four rounds, Al Nuaimi felt it was a good way to test himself and know where he stands.
"It was a good experience to go into four rounds. More experience, more challenge, that's what I was looking for. I need to test myself if I can go to more rounds or not," Al Nuaimi said.
Meanwhile, boxing action began with India's Lalrinsanga Tlau winning his six-round featherweight bout against Tanzanian Haidari Mchanjo 60-54 by unanimous decision.
The 20-year-old, who hails from the north-eastern state of Mizoram, took his unbeaten record to three victories.
Faizan Anwar, the other Indian in the fray, scored a fifth round TKO against Ghana's Gideon Agbosu in the Super-welterweight bout. Agbosu's camp stopped the fight before the start of the fifth round.
The 18-year-old from Kolkata also stretched his unbeaten mark to three wins. He had beaten Anucha Noithong by TKO in Thailand last December and then saw off Jun Paderna of the Philippines at the Round 10 Boxing Club last month.
Kazakhstan's Nurtas Azhbenov took just a minute and seven seconds in the first round to score a TKO against JR Magboo of the Philippines in the Super-featherweight bout.
The main card began with Kazakhstan's Zhan Kossobutskiy seeing off Ghana's Abraham Tabul by TKO in the second round in the Heavyweight fight.
And in one of the highly-anticipated bouts of the night, Australia's Cesar Mateo Tapia won the battle of the brawlers against Ireland's Stevie Collins Jr.
Tapia, born in Mexico and nicknamed 'El Tijuanero,' threw in some brutal punches to end the bout in one minute and 54 seconds in the first of eight rounds.
Later on, Ireland's Rohan Date had to work hard before seeing off Indonesian Rivo Kundimang in the Welterweight bout. The fight went into the fourth of six rounds before the referee stopped the bout at two minutes and 19 seconds.
