The roof of a petrol station in China came crashing down after it could no longer support the weight of the pile of snow on it.
The incident, which was captured on CCTV, took place in China's Huainan city.
Fortunately, no one was injured following the incident as there were no people or vehicles under the roof, according to CGTV reports quoted by NDTV. Though the video shows sparks flying post the roof gave way, no fire was reported.
The Xinhua news agency stated that the heavy snowfall in eastern China has shut down airports and highways, and the Anhui province of eastern China is experiencing its worst snowstorm in many years. The news agency added that parts of the central, northern and eastern regions could see up to 30cm of snowfall.
