The department of Tourism in Ajman announced on Monday that Ajman Corniche will also have a mega fireworks display on occasion of New Year's Eve.
Taking to Instagram, the department urged residents to visit the corniche for New Year celebrations: "Don't miss the fireworks for the New Year celebration on Ajman Corniche."
Other emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Kahimah had already announced their grand fireworks display plans.
In Dubai, fireworks would be seen at many places across the emirate at Burj Khalifa, Atlantis Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Festival City and the Global Village.
In Abu Dhabi, fireworks will be seen at Abu Dhabi Corniche, UAE's grand Emirates Palace, Yas Island, Al Maryah Island, Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, and at Zayed Festival.
Al Majaz Waterfront, one of Sharjah's family leisure destinations will be ushering in the new year with a spectacular 10-minute long fireworks display launched from 16 aligned massive barges on Monday, December 31.

Ras Al Khaimah will make a 12-minute fireworks display - the bid for a new Guinness World Record display - and an array of family-oriented activities.
