Stand-in skipper Jitesh believes the absence of key England players will not affect his side's morale on Sunday
The 30-year-old Bangladeshi, an employee, has faced a molestation charge in the Court of First Instance.
He confessed he touched the girl, but claimed he had no idea why he did so.
The court documents do not mention the reason the girl was alone in the shop at the time.
The incident allegedly happened on June 10.
"After receiving the complaint, we went to the shopping centre where the shop is located. We found the accused crying and looking agitated. He was being restrained by the security guard. The little girl told us the man intentionally touched her," a police sergeant said.
He added that they checked the CCTV and it clearly showed the accused inappropriately touching the girl and it happened intentionally.
Another policeman, who wrote down the statement of the girl, said she recounted to him how the defendant came from behind her and touched her twice. She told her mother right after that.
During interrogation, the accused admitted he touched the girl twice, claiming he had no idea why he did that. He apologised to the girl's mother after she filed a complaint against him at Bur Dubai police station.
The court is expected to issue a ruling on September 28.
