Yemen's vice-president Khaled Bahah has said the government is exerting industrious efforts to prevent the bloodsheds in his country as soon as possible.
Bahah held the leaders of Houthi militias responsible for killing and destruction suffered by the civilians.
He made the remarks at a meeting with the members of the national committee tasked with investigating the alleged violations of human rights in the war-raged Yemen.
A report carried by Asharq Al Awasat Arabic daily quoted him saying that history will not tolerate whoever caused the incidents of killing and destruction.
Bahah expressed extreme confidence that the committee would manage to monitor all the violations and the crimes perpetuated by the Houthi rebels and forces loyal to the ousted Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
The chairman and members of the committee said they will work according to the international standards to monitor all the human rights violations.
"The committee will coordinate with all internal and external legal entities which may contribute to monitoring of all the violations and crimes by the Houthi militias," they added.
