Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa visited last week the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco's) stand at the Gulf Industry Fair (GIF) 2016, which was held under his patronage at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
He was received by Bapco's Chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa. Also present were senior officials from the oil and gas sector in the Kingdom and members of Bapco's management.
Shaikh Mohammed briefed the premier on Bapco's latest developments and the new brand recently launched by the company. The premier hailed Shaikh Mohammed's valued support to Bapco's operations in meeting the aspired goals of the Kingdom.

The fifth annual GCC Financial Forum will take place on from February 23 to 24 in the new Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain. KFH signs $94 million deal
Kuwait Finance House's (KFH) Bahraini unit has signed a deal with King Faisal Corniche Development Company to provide $94 million finance for its upcoming Bahrain Avenues Mall.
The project, a major retail and tourism destination, is being developed by King Faisal Corniche Development Company on a 265,000sqm area at Bahrain Bay in Manama.
A first-of-its-kind project in Bahrain in terms of its designs and varied activities, the Avenues-Bahrain is likely to be completed within a period of 12 months. The agreement was signed by KFH-Bahrain managing director and chief executive Abdul Hakeem Al Khayyat and Mabanee Company chief executive Waleed Al Sherian.
