ITL World, a travel management company operating in the GCC and India, has been awarded 'Superbrand' status for the third year in a row.
Superbrands, the independent authority and arbiter of branding, recognised the company for exceptional quality, reliability and distinction in business and consumer markets, honoring them along with some of the UAE's strongest brands at a ceremony in Dubai.
"This accolade is a testament to the consistent and quality services delivered by our team across all customer segments. Not only does it acknowledge hard work but it also enhances our credibility and buoys us to strengthen and expand our presence globally," said Dr Siddeek Ahmed, chairman and managing director at ITL World. "Achieving Superbrand status sends out a powerful message. Employees can feel proud to work with us and business stakeholders can trust and rely on the organization to do well. This is a great collective achievement and I take this opportunity to thank our clients, partners and team members. Without their wholehearted support, this remarkable feat would not have been possible."
The Superbrands council, which is responsible for creating the Superbrand list, is comprised of individuals who have shown exceptional aptitude in business and who have a thorough knowledge of that particular country's markets and methods of business. Brands that achieve the highest scores are chosen as Superbrands by the independent Superbrands Council.
Since its official launch in 1998, ITL World has achieved many milestones on its journey. This includes being rated the fifth most powerful travel management company in the Middle East, its strategic partnership with Global Travel Conglomerate, and maintaining the regional industry's most consistent client retention rate - 95 per cent over the past 10 years being in operation in the GCC.
