Dh500 for new health card, Dh300 to replace lost one

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a Cabinet decision No.18 for 2013 concerning the fees for health card and curative and diagnostic services for non-nationals.

Article (2) of the decision, published in the Official Gazette, stipulates a fee of Dh500 for issuing and renewing a health card for non-nationals of all ages. A fee of Dh300 will be levied for the issuance of a health card in lieu of a lost one. Article (3) of the decision stipulates that the fees shown in the tables attached to the decision will be levied against the curative and diagnostic services provided by the Ministry of Health to non-nationals holding health cards. These fees will be doubled for those who do not hold ministry-issued health cards.
