UAQ Ruler lauds development initiatives
His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain has commended the developmental initiatives launched by the President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Shaikh Saud made the remark while receiving Dr Abdullah Belhaiv Al Nuaimi, undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Housing, member of the higher committee for the initiatives of the UAE President. The meeting was attended by Shaikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain. During the meeting, the Ruler was briefed on the project to develop the marine research centre at Umm Al Quwain, in addition to detailed designs for 152 houses being carried out by the committee, and the development project of the UAQ entrance that links Shaikh Zayed Road with both the Emirates and King Faisal Roads. Belhaiv hailed the keenness of Shaikh Saud on following up the projects being implemented by the ministry in the emirate.
