Saif visits juveniles care centre
Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has stressed that the support of youth gets much attention of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has made the youth’s energy foundation for the development and building.
“It is our duty to support and protect the delinquent juveniles even from themselves to reform and rehabilitate them so that they return to normal life,” he added.
Shaikh Saif made the remarks on Sunday, while touring Al Mafraq Juveniles Care Centre, where he met the juveniles and got briefed about the premises. Lt.-Gen. Shaikh Saif had a lunch with them and listened to their experiences and impressions about the rehabilitation programme, calling on them to persevere and benefit from the rehabilitation programme.
Shaikh Saif met the released juveniles and wished them new social and practical life far from delinquency. He appreciated what they had acquired from the rehabilitation centre.
