UAE residents and visitors today will also have their last chance to participate in the Yas Marina Circuit Golden Tickets competition to win “prizes that money can’t buy”.
To mark the occasion, Etihad Airways Chief Executive Officer James Hogan met with Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management board member Abdullah Khouri and Yas Marina Circuit Chief Executive Officer Richard Cregan in front of an Airbus A340 carrying the 2010 Grand Prix livery at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
“The Golden Tickets competition is going extremely well,” Cregan said last night. “There’s still time to enter. We want UAE race fans to have a chance to experience this year’s event in a way that no one else will, and the prize on offer to five lucky winners will ensure they do just that.”
Winners of the five Golden Tickets on offer will receive a unique price, comprising two exclusive Paddock ClubTM tickets, three nights at the trackside Yas Hotel, breakfast with a Formula 1 driver, access to a team garage and the driver-pit radio during qualifying, a signed photograph with the driver of your choice, a souvenir signed by all the drivers, entry to the post-race Amber Lounge drivers’ party, and other prizes still to be announced.
Entrants will need to go to either the Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi or the Dubai Mall and complete an official entry form. Two winners will be drawn in Dubai and three in Abu Dhabi.
Tickets for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which takes place on 12-14 November, will be on sale from special Yas Marina Circuit booths at both malls between 6pm and 10pm.
