LPG cylinder prices slashed in UAE

Abu Dhabi - Here's the list of new retail prices.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) Distribution has slashed the retail price of unsubsidised LPG cylinders for the month of July 2016.
As per the announcement, the new retail price is as follows: Dh43 per 11.3kg cylinder - down from the earlier retail price of Dh46; and Dh86 per 22.6kg cylinder - down from the price of Dh92.
Khalid Hadi, vice-president of marketing and corporate communications division at Adnoc Distribution, said, "Adnoc Distribution is committed to studying the prices of LPG cylinders every month, taking into account the interests of consumers and customers in the UAE. The company's pricing mechanism is designed to keep up with the changing prices for the product worldwide. In cooperation with all the entities concerned in the country, Adnoc Distribution is also keen to apply the new prices optimally, which preserves the rights of all citizens and residents."
For holders of Rahal e-Gas cards, Adnoc offers LPG cylinders at subsidised prices - Dh20 for 11.3kg cylinders and Dh30 for 22.6kg cylinders.
