‘Teach children to respect law’
Lt. Colonel Dr Salah Obaid Al Ghul, Cultural Director at the Secretariat-General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has called upon parents to inculcate law-abiding nature into their children in their early ages.
He was talking on the occasion of the International Children’s Day which falls on November 20.
“The duty of parents is not confined to providing their children with the necessary food, drinks and clothes,” Lt. Col. Al Ghul said, adding that the mental health of a child is as important as the body health.
