The Global Indian International School (GIIS), Dubai, which started operations in 2017, is currently located in Barsha south. But in a couple of months, it will shifting to a state-of-art campus on Meydan Street.

The new school environment will have a wider outdoor learning space and facilities that will teach kids essential life skills, like cooking and gardening. There will also be a petting zoo that aims to help kids develop non-verbal communication skills and instil compassion and empathy through their interaction with animals.

GIIS said the campus also ticks all the boxes for accessibility, capacity and curriculum, and several modern upgrades.

Said Ramesh Mudgal, principal of GIIS Dubai, said: “We are excited to see our students, teachers, and staff reap the benefits of the upgraded facility as we move into our new campus later this year. It will honour our cultural diversity and expand our scope of providing holistic education as we empower our students and families to learn, grow and succeed together.”

GIIS is a global network of premier international schools with more than 15,000 students across 23 campuses in the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and India. It offers the CBSE curriculum, as well as IB Diploma Programme for its students in Grade 11 and 12.
