The fifth edition of Ideas will be held on December 21 and 22 at the Higher Colleges of Technology’s Khalifa City Women’s College, in Khalifa City A, under the patronage of Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Participation in the Idea exhibition is free and provides an unparalleled platform for students to participate and demonstrate their career-focused skills in Stem. Students are invited to form teams of three students each, select an academic topic of their choice and enroll for participation at www.ideauae.org.
Last date of enrollment is December 10. Idea Exhibition awards will be presented to the best performing teams in the following categories — Best Innovative Theme, Best Informative Exhibition, and Best Presentation.

Competitions such as these help develop the minds of youngsters and engage them in creativity and innovation,” said K Sathianathan, Idea president. Idea, an Abu Dhabi based non-profit voluntary organisation with a mission to nurture creativity and talents among the youth, designed this programme to provide students between Grades 7 and 12 from schools across the UAE a unique opportunity to demonstrate creativity, talents and innovation in science, technology, engineering and similar fields of educational interest.
