A programme that offers over 100 scholarships to Emirati students throughout their academic life in Dubai is now open for registration.
This came after His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, directed Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) to organise the third Mohammed bin Rashid Distinguished Students Programme.
So far, the programme has provided scholarships for 314 Emirati students.
It aims to prepare young Emiratis and equip them with the skills needed to "achieve success and excellence through innovative, smart and positive educational methods". The programme is managed by the KHDA in partnership with the Knowledge Fund and private school operators.
