In a private address, the Republican presidential candidate attacks prosecutors involved in his criminal indictments
As per the indictment, the RAK public prosecution had charged the mother of insulting and swearing at the defendant on the phone in front of the wedding hall where the marriage of her son was being held.
The two litigants appeared in court where they both denied the charges, and asked the court to set them free.
The defence lawyer asked the court to clear his client stating that the charges are all baseless and fabricated.
"There is not a single evidence that my client has threatened or sworn at the mother of her former husband."
He added that the alleged incident took place on July 4, but the complaint was lodged on August 18.
"The mother's statement that my client had beaten her up are is an utter contradiction to her earlier statement before the RAK police and prosecution that my client had not beat her up."
The defence lawyer pointed out that his client could not have insulted a senior woman - of her mother's age - in front of a wedding hall without any witnesses.
On the other hand, the senior woman's lawyer told the court that the defendant had forced open the car where his client was sitting, assaulted and insulted her.
"She swore at her verbally and even via text messages," he added, asking he court to get a report from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority as evidence.
The lawyer added that the defendant allegedly showed up at the wedding hall to apologise for not being able to bring her children to attend their father's marriage.
"She, instead, assaulted and insulted my client (husband's mother), and threatened to deprive her from seeing her grandchildren claiming that the mother was the main reason behind her divorce."
The court will issue a verdict next Monday (October 7).
