Five Asian men stood on trial at the Sharjah Criminal Court for breaking into a supermarket and stealing a mobile phone and credit recharge cards.
The Sharjah Police and the forensic team checked the surveillance cameras and found fingerprints to identify the perpetrators, Emarat Al Youm reported.
In court, two of the accusers confessed to their crimes and the rest denied the charges against them stating that the supermarket was already unlocked when they stole the phone.
The court adjourned the case to May 6.
