Shadab Jakati is the Man of the Match for his match winning spell of 4/24.

It is Delhi's second loss in the tournament. Opening was so disastrous for the Dare Devils as they lost Gambhir and de Viliers off consecutive balls and Dilshan was quick to follow them back into the dug-out. Warner and Karthik sparkled with some high quality batting, fireworks all around as they carted the bowlers to every possible corner of the park. Both of them got to their fifties and looked good to seal the game for Delhi but just then Tyagi started the slide with two big wickets in two balls, and Shadab Jakati had a dream spell. Chennai's win means the top seven teams are now separated only by two points. Dhoni will be pleased with the performance of the Indian bowlers in his side.

Chennai switched on very well with Hayden scoring rapidly. Raina and Badrinath put together an amazing partnership to ensure that the run rate of Chennai never goes down. They played some fine shots and entertained the crowd. But Delhi pulled things back with a flurry of wickets. The quick fall of wickets also resulted in a fall of the run rate too. Of course, the game cricket is always unpredictable.

Chennai Super Kings is on a come-back trail after having lost 3 matches. The team's strenghts lie in Cricket legends like Hayden and Muralitharan are the backbone of the team. However, Parthiv's form at the top and the inconsistency of the bowlers is the worrying factor for the Superkings. Having placed in the sixth position, Chennai would hopefully aim at more wins .

Delhi dare devils have by far been one of the best teams in the current edition of the IPL. Having lost only one match so far, Delhi look to be one of the favourites to win the tournament.
