Adnoc Distribution has had 100 per cent of its service station staff receive their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

With all 7,500 employees vaccinated, it has become the first fuel retailer in the world to achieve such a feat. Many have received their second doses as well.
"@ADNOCdist frontline staff have chosen to vaccinate to demonstrate their commitment to fighting the virus," the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office tweeted on Monday.
Ahmed Al Shamsi, acting CEO, ADNOC Distribution, said: “Our employees have shown a proactive commitment and unwavering desire in fighting the spread of the disease."
The company had set up mobile vaccination units for frontline staff.
