After recently conducting a yoga session with Yoga guru Ramdev, actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, known for her fit frame, is set to participate in XYoga Dubai Festival. Shilpa, also an entrepreneur, will showcase her passion and skills for yoga alongside yoga instructor Suneel Singh. They will host the main yoga session on February 19 morning, read a statement. The two-day festival, founded by Dubai Tourism and XDubai, will start from February 19 at Burj Park Downtown here. The mother of one says she is a "firm believer in the power of yoga. It helps to develop a strong, clear, aware, and appreciative outlook on all aspects of life". The actress is excited as she welcomes the "opportunity to share the power yoga has had on my mind, body and soul with others" through the fest.
"I think the festival is a great platform to promote this form of exercise and I'm glad that through this I can introduce the benefits of following yoga to such a large global audience. "I urge the people of Dubai and world over to spend a few minutes every day practicing yoga and feel the change," Shilpa said. The festival director Javad Khoramifar feels that the "attendance of famous global personalities like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who practices yoga with so much dedication and enthusiasm" will elevate the positioning of the festival. "Shilpa will not only be participating in the largest public yoga session of 2016 but will also be sharing her yoga experiences and how the practice positively contributed to her lifestyle and well-being," Khoramifar added.
