Lawyers from two countries clashed at the court this month, with Nicaragua saying Germany was 'pathetic' for providing weapons to Israel and aid to Gazans
There is high optimism from all quarters that Bajrangi Bhaijaan might eclipse all box office records in Bollywood but Salman Khan says Kareena Kapoor Khan has already assumed that it will be the biggest hit of all time.
At a media event to launch a song from the film, Salman joked that Kareena was trying to alienate herself from the movie.”Kareena is already enjoying the success of the film in London. In her mind, the film has already broken all box-office records. And hence she is partying with her husband (Saif Ali Khan) and father (Randhir Kapoor).”
The question was prompted by Kareena’s absence from the launch of Aaj Ki Party sung by Mika Singh. Kareena has claimed in several earlier interviews that she feels Bajrangi Bhaijaan will be the biggest hit of the year.
Salman also quipped that there is no chemistry between him and Kareena and so calling her ‘behenji’ was a cakewalk. “I used to forget that her name also has a Khan attached to it. But after finishing the song, I would add Khan back.”
“I’m sure Kareena remembered only me while shooting with me but I was thinking of Saif while shooting,” he said.
His fans may have been waiting for years to see him tie the knot but the popular actor is in no mood to get married anytime soon though he strongly believes in love.
Salman always comes up with a playful answer everytime the marriage question is asked.
He recently said that he was open to the idea of arranged marriage but when asked about what qualities he looks for in a girl, the actor quipped, “Marriage is cancelled now... love is back.”
The 49-year-old actor’s love life has always made headlines right from his rumoured affair with Somi Ali to link-ups with Sangeeta Bijlani, Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif.
Salman’s other upcoming home production Hero is releasing on September 4. Katrina-starrer Phantom too will hit the theatres on that day.
Asked about the box office clash, Salman said: “That (Katrina’s film) is also our film.”
