ramaThis is part of Novartis Consumer Health's contribution to ongoing health awareness programmes offered to the community and in coordination with the Public Health and Primary Health Care Sector of the Ministry of Health Dubai.

The Majlis offer health awareness on various topics such as how to eat healthy and fast easy during this Holy month of Ramadan, what types of meals are preferred and why fibre is important in your daily diet, how smoking can also affect your digestive health, tips on how to quit smoking and much more. Ramadan would be a good opportunity to help you quit smoking once you gather the will power and choose the product which will assist you.

The kiosks at the malls are equipped with medical professionals from the Public Health and Primary Health Sector in Dubai who are offering free health advise to visitors from 10 am to 1 am after midnight every day during Ramadan.

Smokerlyzer tests are also being offered to those who smoke or live with smokers. This is a quick, non-invasive test that is performed by simply blowing into a disposable mouthpiece that gives colour indicators as to the level of carbon monoxide gas in the body within seconds.
