Tell us about your last release.

I am working on a new clip. One that I hope will be a lovely clip, one that would win the appreciation of my fans, of all those who listen to it and see it.

Does criticism bother you, especially when there are those who say you lack abilities, that your singing is awful and you are weak?

No, criticism doesn't bother me. I have a huge following, a legion of fans who give me heart and courage, who love me and encourage me. My fans know that Mostafa Kamal has the ability and talent to sing and that his voice is unique. If he didn't have the ability how could he remain a singer?

Do you see singer's dancing on the stage as a new artistic phenomenon?

It all depends on the what sort of song they are dancing to, and what the situation is. Is it a fun and frolic party scene or does it have to do something with merry summer outings. I wouldn't mind singing and dancing before a young audience, and if the atmosphere is full of fun and joy.

Tell us about your experience in acting. Do enjoy acting or singing?

My experience with acting has been very nice. I learnt a lot since I started acting. As for singing and acting, they are like 'friends or business'. Singing still means a lot to me.

Which was the magic moment in your life?

All those moments when I had the feeling that I had satisfied my audience whenever I sang.

Your previous clip Habiby Hayaty is highly technical, and some have even said that the clip's a copy of a foreign clip, comment?

I am looking for modern and stylish settings in my clips. So, it's quite natural to include the modern in them. I'll admit that the clips have a special and magical world, full of technical and advanced systems, I really prefer the new style.

Did you face any difficulties when you started singing?

The road of music is full of difficulties which far outweigh the glamour and colour. Any singer taking to this road will face difficulties and will also partake of the good.
