Wasl freehold project on track

dubai - Enabling works are now underway at Park Gate Residences

Wasl Asset Management Group is making good progress at wasl1, the company's parkside freehold master development in Dubai. Enabling works are now underway following the appointment of Kele Contracting for phase one of the project. Hills & Fort Construction is managing the infrastructure for the development.

Hesham Al Qassim, CEO of wasl Asset Management Group, said: "wasl1 is the latest milestone in our mission to provide Dubai with community living spaces that blend the best of city living with a lifestyle surrounded by bliss. This is our first master development."

Phase one of the project - Park Gate Residences - is located adjacent to Zabeel Park, where tenants will find apartments in four residential towers on two podiums. The 746 units offer tenants the option of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as podium townhouses and penthouses, all of which overlook Zabeel Park.

The project also encompasses 25,000 square feet of leasable retail area.
