Phase one of the project - Park Gate Residences - is located adjacent to Zabeel Park, where tenants will find apartments in four residential towers on two podiums. The 746 units offer tenants the option of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as podium townhouses and penthouses, all of which overlook Zabeel Park.
The project also encompasses 25,000 square feet of leasable retail area.
