Idex'05 will begin on February12
ABU DHABI – Fifty-five companies from the German defence industry will attend the International Defence Exhibition (Idex'05) to be held in Abu Dhabi from February 12 to 17.
The German stand spread over an area of 2,200 sq.m. will showcase its new products, services and developments while demonstrating its time-tested products and systems.
The strong presence of the German defence industry and visits by high-ranking government representatives confirm the drive to further intensify cooperation at both the industrial and political levels between Germany and the UAE, said German ambassador Jurgen Steltzer.
The products on show include air systems, electronic systems for reconnaissance and air defence, armoured and non-armoured vehicles, arms and ammunition and marine equipments.
