Foreign investors sell Dh174m of DFM shares
DUBAI — Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced that net foreign sales on the market reached Dh174.3 million last week. The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached Dh1.291 billion comprising 41.5 per cent of the total value of stocks traded, a Press statement said yesterday.
The value of shares bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, Dh1.117 billion comprising 35.9 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached Dh871.76 Million comprising 28.03 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached Dh1.173 billion which constitutes 37.72 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market reached Dh301.32 million during the period. as aggregate buy.
