New measures to be in place until Israel allows uninterrupted flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza, said Turkey's trade ministry

The 'e-Trader' licences launched by Dubai Economy earlier this year to enable citizens of the UAE and other GCC states to conduct business activities on social media has seen an overwhelming response, with 361 licences being issued during July alone.
The initiative is meant to enhance transparency and customer confidence in online shopping.
While online shopping becomes more secure with the e-Trader licence, it also protects the trade name and enables the licence owner to reach out to customers across exhibitions and conferences.
UAE and GCC nationals aged 18 or above and living in the emirate of Dubai can obtain the e-Trader licence, which costs Dh1,070. Registration, payment and printing the licence can be done online.
UAE nationals accounted for 287 of the 361 e-Trader licences issued in July, followed by Saudi, Bahraini and Omani citizens. Notably, 55.8 per cent of the e-Traders licensed in July are women. The most number of e-Trader licences were issued for selling readymade clothes, followed by fast food and tailoring and design in that order.
