DUBAI - Dubai’s Dnata Travel Services received the coveted award for ‘World’s Leading Travel Management Company’ at the World Travel Awards 2010.
Hailed as “The Oscars of the Travel Industry” by the Wall Street Journal, the World Travel Awards is recognised worldwide as the ultimate travel accolade. WTA 2010 nominations featured 5,000 companies in 1,000 categories across 162 countries. The winners were selected by thousands of industry professionals and consumers worldwide who have been voting online. Established 17 years ago, World Travel Awards is committed to raising the standards of customer service and overall business performance throughout the international industry.
Dnata Travel Services (DTS) receives the award for the second consecutive year – a year during which they have demonstrated consistently high customer service; launched travel publications; focused on providing exceptional value-for-money holiday experiences and lead the market with a range of technological advances to travel systems. Abdulla Tawakul, Senior Vice President, Corporate and Regional Network, DTS received the award recently at a star-studded event at the Grosvenor House, London.
