A leasing agreement to this effect was signed in presence of media by Mohi-Din Binhendi, president, BHE, and Graham Dreverman, group vice-president, asset management, Majid Al Futtaim Group.

Strategically located at the erstwhile auto showroom area in the popular mall, the new retail concept will encompass a composite offering of fashion, accessories, jewellery, restaurants, coffee shops and services in the premium segment.

According to Binhendi, the opening of the new store adds to the rich repertoire of global fashion, lifestyle and accessories brands that BHE represents in Dubai, including leading international names such as Brioni, Maison Zilli, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein Jeans, Ferre Jeans, Armand Basi, Porsche Design and the House of Graff. The company currently operates forty two outlets in the fashion, jewellery, accessories, furniture and hospitality areas.

He said that apart from brands that fall within its own portfolio, the company would also seek out and invite other premium retailers to join this new concept. "Our vision for this new retail concept is very clear - we want it to be representative of the best that retail has to offer, across a diverse range of segments. To this end we will make efforts to associate with brands that tie-in with our core value proposition."
