Since children can't recognise and communicate heat-related symptoms, it leads them to overexert themselves
The event is expected to attract 20,000 local, regional and international visitors and provide a glimpse into Abu Dhabi's leisure marine heritage.
Luxury superyachts will be displayed side by side with traditional fishing boats, abras, and a range of leisure marine and fishing equipment.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, group CEO of Adnec, said: "The ADIBS has managed to attract significant international attention ever since it was announced. We decided to organise a boat show of this magnitude because the time was right to showcase Abu Dhabi's growing leisure marine potential to the global market in line with our mission to increase tourism to the emirate and support the Abu Dhabi government in fast tracking the emirate's Vision 2030 goals. We are confident that ADIBS will witness the signing of several important business deals and partnerships and consolidate the growing reputation of Abu Dhabi as a leisure marine hub."
This boat show will be held at the 31,000 square metre purpose-built Adnec marina and will see the participation of over 270 companies from 25 countries, with 90 boats berthed at the venue.
