The Kabir Khan directorial has continued its golden run at the box office while breaking various records since its release on July 17.
'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' collected Rs 2.45 crore on Wednesday (August 5) and crossed the Rs 300 crore mark in 20 days since its release, a source said.
Confirming the news, trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared on Twitter on Thursday: "#BajrangiBhaijaan crosses Rs.300 crore in India... second film to achieve the ENVIABLE status, after #PK... second HIGHEST grosser ever. Hindi films."
The film achieved the Rs 300 crore mark on August 5, the same day when Salman's 1994 blockbuster "Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!" released 21 years ago.
Adarsh shared: "5 Aug 1994. #HAHK releases. Creates HISTORY... 5 Aug 2015. Exactly 21 years later, #BajrangiBhaijaan too creates HISTORY, crosses Rs 300 crore.
