A visit to Ravishing Ladies Salon promises a new rejuvenated you

Ravishing Ladies Salon, set in the heart of modernised Karama, comes as a one-stop solution for beauty essentials. Boasting a rich menu of services, it offers the latest hair trends, skincare as well as make-up styles in addition to the hip chrome nails manicure and rejuvenating spa packages. 
The salon came to life when Owner and Founder Monishka Wadhare and Soni Jamani decided to break out of their daily routines, and indulge in a venture Monishka had dreamt of as a child.
"It was one fine day that mom thought about the idea of starting a ladies salon. I did not even think for a second before jumping into the project, as I knew that we both have the capacity to take it to the next level. I had complete faith in my mother's vision," Monishka said.
The support from her family further kick-started the project that is currently situated in the bustling new community of wasl hub, set opposite LuLu Hypermarket.
"Being entrepreneurs for the first time was definitely not easy and it was extremely challenging. From acquiring the shop and location of choice to selecting the right name for our salon, everything had to be planned and researched well," she added.
Customer feedback and satisfaction remain a priority, alongside offering great value for money. "At Ravishing, we understand what the customer needs. We don't believe in up-selling or forcing our clients to avail services that they don't require," Monishka explained.
Its in-house hair expert recommends cuts and colours depending on skin tone, physical appearance and hair texture, and uses products from professional brands Matrix and L'Oreal.
The salon also keeps up with the latest trends and currently offers water decal nail art, vinyl stencils nail art, luxury French nails, and mirror finish chrome nails. The facials offered cater to different skin types with options such as Chocolate, Anti-Ageing, Pearl Whitening, Gold, and Fruit.
Ravishing Ladies Salon is offering an inaugural package where clients can pick six services for Dh110. Its massages are priced from Dh39 while Matrix Protein treatments start at Dh199.
While walk-ins are always welcome, clients are encouraged to set an appointment for their convenience. "We want to cater to all the beauty needs of every lady that steps into the world of Ravishing," Monishka concluded.
