The clips posted by Chief Minister of Manipur Nongthombam Biren Singh shows airport staff members digging into the luggage of passengers after the security check.
According to Times Now, the location of the incident remains unknown.
Three short-duration videos were shared by the minister on his Twitter account as he writes, "Our luggage in the flights are safe or not pls see (sic)."
