Airport authorities in the Philippines arrested two men trying to carry firearms in their luggage and launched an investigation into the matter.
Ninoy Aquino International Airport authorities intercepted a passenger bound for Incheon, South Korea with a .22 caliber pistol. The traveller was identified as Leado Gatdula. He also also had six pieces of ammunition and one magazine, reported TFT.
Another passenger named Jason Tobias was caught while going through the x-ray monitor and was found carrying a revolver. Both men were arrested under the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
