Saeed Parker, the Marketing Manager of the company, had allegedly connived with his wife Susanne, who was the Managing Director of the company, and both fled the country leaving huge liabilities for the agency, say market sources.

“The agency will continue to run as it has for the past 25 years, and under the same name. A major portion of the liabilities incurred are also of a personal nature,” said the legal representative. The company’s representative, speaking on behalf of the local sponsor, Hareb, said legal action had been taken against the person responsible for creating the mess.

“The Managing Director has misused the limited authority given to her by the owner, but as of now we have succeeded in taking over and solving the problem to a large extent,” he said.

“We have no financial problems and all pending liabilities will be cleared,” he asserted.

“Money has been recovered from the market and even paid back to most clients,” he said, adding: “We are keeping ourselves updated to settle the matter amicably and will run the agency normally. We will take legal action against any person who spoils our name in the market.”
