RAK award for Model Girl of the year
RAS AL KHAIMAH - A student of the Al Dhait South Secondary School has won this year's Ras Al Khaimah Model Girl Award.
She and other winners received the awards at a ceremony held here on Thursday night in the presence of Her Highness Shaikha Muhra bint Ahmed, the wife of Ras Al Khaimah Ruler and Chairperson of the Ras Al Khaimah Women's Association.
Anfal Hassan Al Alkaim was voted the Ras Al Khaimah Model Girl of the year 2003, Wadha Mubarak of the Zainab Secondary School won the 2003 Personality of the Year award, while the 2003 Social Girl of the Year award went to Shamsa Obeid Al Shamsi of Al Dhait Secondary School.
The colourful ceremony, which was organised by the Higher Committee of the Ras Al Khaimah Ideal Girl Award in collaboration with the UAE Red Crescent Society was attended by a number of Shaikhas and other distinguished personalities.
Shaikha Muhra decorated the winners.
