New chief justice for RAK court
RAS AL KHAIMAH — His Highness Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued a decree appointing Yahia Jalal Fadhl Ali as Chief Justice of the Court of Cassation.
The Ruler further appointed Mohammed Naji Derbalah and Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al Jarrah as judges in the Court of Cassation effective from October 1.
