ABU DHABI — Some perfect timing this! A baby boy was born at 8am on Friday in Abu Dhabi's Corniche Maternity Hospital. The national parents of the child named him Khalifa.
The father of the baby, Abdullah Abood Mohammed Al Joaedi, ecstatically felt that Khalifa, born at 8am on 080808, would bring luck and prosperity to his family.
Khalifa is Al Joaedi's fourth child after two sons, seven-year-old Abood, six-year-old Rashid and two-year-old daughter Noora 2.
A total of 24 babies were born to parents of various nationalities on Friday.
