Mohammed Bin Zayed walks into citizen’s home

FUJAIRAH -- General Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, walked into the residence of a citizen in Fujairah and spent time with him.

Jadid Rashid Mohammed Al-Shehhi, father of martyr pilot Mohammed Bin Jadid Al-Shehhi, was full of joy to welcome Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential AffairsShaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who was among the entourage accompanying the Crown Prince.

The visit was paid during the tour Shaikh Mohammed is currently making to the emirate as per directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to learn about the living conditions of citizens and assess their needs.

Al Shehhi offered his guests ‘Qahwa’ - the traditional Arabic coffee - and dates.

He also thanked them for the generous visit describing it the real expression of nobility and the diligence of the leadership to ensure social cohesion and well being.

This bond of love between the people of UAE and their leaders is deeply rooted in the country’s tradition, said the elderly citizen.

Bidding goodbye to the citizen, Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed then continued his tour.
