Getting a driving licence in Dubai just went luxury mode with Emirates Driving Institute, one of the driving schools in the emirate, introducing a platinum driving course, where aspiring drivers will learn driving on luxury cars like Range Rovers and Mercedes G class vehicles.
The course was inaugurated on Wednesday by Ahmed Hashim Bahrozyan, CEO of RTA's Licensing Agency.
The course costs Dh30,000, and covers all expenses until the learner gets his licence. This means no matter how many road tests and theory classes the driver takes, the price will not change.
The company will also provide complementary pick and drop service for patrons of the course, while registration for the course can be done at the customer's location.
