Khalifa issues two decrees
ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued here yesterday two decrees, appointing officials in the departments of Civil Service and Transport.
In the first decree, Shaikh Khalifa appointed Ali Rashid Al Qitbi as Under-Secretary at the Department of Civil Service. Shaikh Khalifa also appointed Mohammed Harib Sultan Al Yousef as Assistant Under-Secretary in the Department of Transport. The two decrees shall take effect from the date of publication in the official gazette.
