Indian gets jail for selling porn CDs
DUBAI - An Indian man was sentenced to three-month imprisonment for selling pornographic CDs.
The Dubai Court of First Instance heard that Michele M., 22, was arrested while selling porn CDs. Police also seized 470 porn CDs from his possession. He told the police that the CDs did not belong to him and he brought them from a Pakistani man. But police investigation showed that the accused was telling lies and the CDs belonged to another Indian man, Hamza K., who had sold the defendant the porn CDs.
