DUBAI — The Dubai Court of First Instance sentenced four Indians to one year jail followed by deportation for theft and attempted robbery at a shop where two of them were working.
According to court records, two convicts, Mohammed H, 25, and Mohammed K.,30 — both salesmen at Al Samad mobile phones shop — colluded with prime suspect Mohammed R, 34, (a chef) and a visitor identified as Abdul Gadir 33, to copy the key of the shop and hand it to others convicts. On March 22, they went to the shop at 2pm to rob it, but during the operation, a police patrol detected the incident and arrested them.
