Lootah was speaking after releasing a book titled “Fitness Revelations,” written by Sooryadayal Nelliyat, a fitness expert, who works with Dubai Municipality Staff Club.
Praising the efforts of the author in bringing out a book that is the necessity of the time, Lootah said the book is a collection of the small changes one can make to his or her life to obtain positive and healthy results.
“By taking on contemporary issues like too little time to exercise and too many fats and carbohydrates to enjoy, this fitness book looks for balance in everything. The fact is that weight control and healthy life style choices are a necessity to a long life,” said Lootah.
In the book, the author gives details on a wide range of subjects like human anatomy, nutrition, psychology and physical training methods, which he says are all needed to achieve a healthy body.
