The MoU, which was signed by HCT Vice-Chancellor Dr Tayeb Kamali and ZHO’s Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General Mohammed Fadel Al Hameli, will see the two institutions work closely for the development and delivery of Special Education Masters Programme.

The MoU follows an initial agreement signed by the parties in May 2010 to develop special education courses and training for ZHO employees and other special needs specialists.

The Special Education Masters Programme will consist of 12 modules, with one module being conducted each month. The students will be awarded the dual degrees of HCT Master of Education Studies and Deakin Master of Education (Special Education) after successful completion of the 12 modules.
